Sure, I painted my nails a nice shade of KELLY Green last week, however I did NOT recall that it was the shamrock time of year and neither was it mentioned by the manicurist. Pass.

Ok - my father and brother have the same name Thomas James O’Brien (Sr./Jr. Respectively).

Yes, my name conjures up images of heel clicking leprechauns, but I did not name myself. Pass.

Most of you know me to enjoy a good drink – So? I have a very social career and if you know this so do you. Pass.

I thought the word dinner literally meant a plate with a meat, potato and green from a can until high school. Hmm.

If I am the least bit upset, pissed or embarrassed (?? I’m guessing?) my face fills bottom up with red splotches. No. Matter. What.

Green Day is my favorite band. So now I can’t like the COLOR?

My face is equi-wide and tall. That’s true, That’s true.

I have been given more than one green-shamrock rosaries in my lifetime.

My sister worked part time at an Irish pub for more than ten years. She is consistently the only non Irish accent wielding staff member.

Like I said, stop profiling me. I am just a victim of circumstance. I don't have a special relationship with St. Patrick himself, and if I did, like I would tell you.

Last month I was undertheweather* and complaining (via Twitter) that I needed a MUG for my Chinese Herbs (aka my lifesaver). There is this terrifying thing going on whereby I have finally lost or broken everything that Trevis and I received from our wedding.  Now, I ain't one to bother with feeling "old" but this realization was a pretty hard pill to swallow.  What happens now? Do I actually BUY my own home supplies?

AHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAH! 

Ahem.

 

I mean it sounds like a normal mature decision, buy new home accessories when you need them. Right? 

WRONG. The last thing I want to spend my own money on is anything that doesn't directly benefit my personal appearance. Cause I am dynamic like that.

ANYWAY

A few days after my Mug-less tweet I received a package from one of my Social Media Soul Sisters, Jill Sites.**  Yup. Pimp Mug was born.  

So what did we learn from this experience? Sharing every thought in my head to Social Media DOES in fact have benefits and of course, ask and you shall receive.
