I mean. This blog is not supposed to be all videos (I don't know what it is supposed to be) but there sure are a lot of them as of late.

ANYWAY

Apparently goats don't swim and/or don't know how to navigate in water.  I have always heard that Pigs are really smart (like me!) but I guess it is true.  Watch as Piggly Wiggly gives ole man Goat-T a little nudge in the right direction like it ain't no thang.

As a Roman Catholic, I must live the life of mercy and forgiveness. This was a difficult task because I lost people I knew that day. I was in war mentality. One day I had an AHA moment. The words Forgive them Father for they know not what they do. JC came into my mind. I chanted that for a long time and that brought me to peace in my heart. I pray for peace in the world each day. It was a wake up call for me. I realized what true mercy and forgiveness really was.MY HERO:My hero is my best friend that works for the FBI. She is on the job every day to keep our country safe. She is younger than me, starting her family. But she is out there every day to be vigilant. People don't realize there is a REASON why we haven't been attacked since then. What we don't know is that the folks in the FBI are always on the job. They are in my prayers every day, along with our bravest in the military.God Bless America!Donna

I would say that I did not feel as much for the people here, as you would have given that you are an American yourself.However, the point mentioned about the flags being flown outside the houses really struck a chord with me as it was a symbol of human unity and strength. Something as simple as a flag has such a strong power to touch the hearts of people, including mine.I must say that after being in the States for close to 9 months now, I do feel a sense of patriotism too and how great it is to know how much people come together for a strong cause in life. Thanks for the post Ken!
